We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

3-Day Return Policy

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale

Return Request Process

To request a return, please go to the Contact page on our website and submit your request with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return

  • Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the request is approved.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If applicable, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery through the Contact page along with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
